SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Shipping:

  • Shipping & delivery between 3-5 business days (It may get delayed due to the ongoing pandemic situation and movement restrictions in some areas).

 

  • Tracking reference number will be shared once generated on the registered email id of the customer.

  • Damaged products to be reported within 48 hours of delivery post which optical galaxy shall not be liable for any replacements or returns. Customers are requested to reach out to the support team at the earliest in such scenarios for immediate support.

 

  • Products with warranty will cover the same as mentioned in the warranty card shared with the product. Any other type of damage (not mentioned in the warranty card) will not be covered under such circumstances.

  • Warranty will be provided directly by the brand of the product; Optical galaxy will not be liable for any kind of physical or any other type of damage (except if damage product received).

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​

  • Return request to be placed within 7 days of delivery post which no such request will be entertained.

  • For customized products with power eyeglasses, only the cost of frame shall be refunded.

  • All the refunds to be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and checked for damages.

  • No Refunds shall be processed if the returned product was found damaged in any circumstance.

  • For Sunglasses, exchange allowed only once per customer within 15 days of delivery.

  • The exchange shall be processed once the product is received back at the optical galaxy warehouse and If the returned product is found damaged, no exchange shall be processed and customer has to bear the cost of delivery for the same product.

  • Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us.

  • Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours from the time of product purchase for custom made products.

 

 

Our highest priority is to provide quality products and excellent personal service to our valued customers. We try to be easily accessible, addressing all requests and concerns as efficiently as we can. SHIPPING

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

 

All orders will ship within 2-3* business days* from when the order is placed and approved by us. Here we carefully check your order to ensure that our products meet all your specifications. Henceforth, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for orders to be delivered within INDIA. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend. If there is a delay you will be notified. In case your order is not shipped within 17 days you will be eligible for a full refund.

Business Days : Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays)

ORDERS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​

Personalized orders and custom-made-to-order items are non-refundable once your order is placed and confirmed. Incase you receive an incorrect product or a damaged product please email us at customersupport@opticalgalaxy.com with an image of the damaged item along with your order number.

ARE MY PERSONALISED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
Upon final approval of your personalised order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.
Exchange (if applicable)
To be eligible for a exchange (of non-customized stationery), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All refunds will be transferred into store credits. The validity of the store credit will be written on your email voucher. The validity of the store credit will be 60 days from the date of issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. It would take about 10 days for us to refund the amount, this will be through online bank transfer, into the same account.

Exchange in case of damaged/ wrong products:

It is very unlikely, but if in case you received a damaged/ wrong product, do not worry. Just write an email (with order details) to Opticalgalaxyinfo@gmail.com requesting for an exchange with images of the product clearly showing the product condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition (packaging, tags, etc. - all intact) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We will arrange for a reverse pickup and have the product replaced upon inspection

Refund in case of product return:

Well, that's an odd situation, but we want you to be happy at the end. In case you don't like our product and feel like returning it,  write an email (with order details) to customersupport@opticalgalaxy.com requesting for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  

Unfortunately, products like face masks and wearable items are not eligible for return and exchange due to hygiene reasons.

How to return the product:

You should mail your product to the specified address given in the email you receive for your refund request

Your item must be unused and in the same condition (packaging, tags, etc. - all intact) that you received it. The package must be securely packaged to avoid any damage or loss during transit and should reach the warehouse in its original form.

You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind and want to cancel the product,  write an email (with order details) to customersupport@opticalgalaxy.com requesting for a cancellation.

Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us. Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours from the time of product purchase for custom made products.

Anti-fraud policy:

There have been few unfortunate instances wherein few customers have resorted to fraudulent practices. Such fraudulent practices include claiming missing products, damaged products, etc. in the package. We are a quality focused company and there are multiple level of checks and audits before we ship orders to the customers. All the orders are carefully weighed and packed.

Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video with us for any claim.
